Terracota is inspired by the warm clay of Veracruz — a region shaped by centuries of artisan craft and rich volcanic soil. This natural-process lot from Finca Fátima is dried in the whole cherry, letting the fruit’s sugars infuse the bean and produce a vibrant, expressive cup.
Expect layered notes of strawberry, tropical fruit, cane sugar, and lemon — a profile as warm and striking as the terracotta that gives this coffee its name.
