High Bloom is a beautiful Ethiopian single origin from the village of Chelchele. Nestled in the heart of the Yirgacheffe region, 1900-2000 meters above sea level, the village of Chelchele is renowned for its exceptional quality and unique flavor profiles. The blueberry and tea notes are especially distinct in this coffee. High Bloom is vibrant and floral. This is the light roast of our dreams.
